About Us

Originally based in the City of London, the firm now operates from Takeley in Essex. We are, however, a highly mobile firm, with clients based throughout the UK and abroad. The firm continues to have a strong link with its many London based clients and members of staff regularly visit the square mile.

The firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and is a registered auditor, authorised to carry out audits under company law and other statutes.

The firm is authorised to conduct a range of investment business activities, but we would normally refer clients to an Independent Financial Advisor for their investment needs.

The principal professional Staff are:

Designated Members

Elias Poli BSc, ARCS, FCA, who has worked in general practice since 1976, and is one of our founder members.

Sara Roberts ACA.

Other Staff

In addition to the Designated Member the firm has further qualified and part qualified accountants, plus support staff, to give a full range of accountancy services.

Core Values

Our aim is to offer each of our clients a highly personalised service, based on in depth knowledge of their accountancy and business affairs. This is achieved by each client having one point of contact within our firm, who is completely familiar with their account, and is therefore able to deal with their accountancy matters as efficiently as possible. Our clients are encouraged to contact us if ever they wish to discuss their affairs, and we encourage staff members to constantly re-evaluate clients' personal and business situations in order that they may benefit from relevant and up to date services and changes in legislation.
